To activate a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- Valid proof of purchase.
- A clear description of the problem detected.
- Visible evidence of the defect, along with the product’s serial number (if applicable).
- Cooperation during troubleshooting steps requested by The Fast Sheep.
In some cases, the product may need to be returned for inspection. When returning an item, please ensure it is packed in its original box or in packaging approved by the dealer.
The following documents are considered valid proof of purchase:
- Order confirmation number from your The Fast Sheep online order.
- Official sales invoice.
⚠️ Depending on the situation, more than one type of proof may be required (for example, a transfer receipt together with confirmation of the delivery address).
The warranty will be considered void in the following cases:
- Damage or defects caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, stunt riding, competition, or any use inconsistent with normal operation.
- Improper storage or exposure to extreme elements such as moisture, sand, chemicals, abrasives, or abnormal mechanical or electrical stress.
- Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, or normal signs of wear.
- Removal, alteration, or illegibility of serial numbers or barcodes.
- Use of accessories or equipment not supplied or approved by The Fast Sheep.
- Damage resulting from incorrect assembly, maintenance, servicing, or repairs not aligned with the official manual.
- External causes such as fire, flood, storms, theft, or improper electrical sources.
Battery Exclusions:
- Damage caused by using chargers that are not suitable or not recommended.
- Broken or tampered battery seals.
- Use of the battery in equipment other than the e-bike for which it was designed.
- Use of non-original batteries, even if they share the same voltage (e.g., 48V). Different protection systems may cause incompatibility, which can damage the motor or display.

- Include the serial number, a short description of the issue, images or video evidence, and a copy of your invoice (PDF).
Our team will reply within 24 to 48 hours during working days. If a fault is confirmed, we’ll send you the necessary replacement part along with a video tutorial explaining how to install it.
